Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 1 medium
    Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb
    Mixed Berries, 1 cup
    Del Monte Tropical Fruit Salad, 0.5 cup
    Water, bottled, 1 serving
    ......MAY USE ICE CUBES

Directions

Blend all ingredients in high speed blender until smooth.

IF USING FROZEN FRUIT.......
Blend ALL fresh fruits/veggies with water until smooth....
THEN add frozen fruits....

This will create a slushie smoothie
