Popovers with a bit less salt

Introduction

Super delicious popovers made from another member's recipe. I removed the salt. Super delicious popovers made from another member's recipe. I removed the salt.
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1.25 cups flour
    1.25 cups non fat milk

Directions

Beat the eggs with a rotary beater until they are lemony and fluffy

Mix in the milk

Finally mix in the flour

Pour into GREASED muffin cups until they are about 1/2 to 3/4 full.

Bake at 450 for 20-30 minutes (I have a hot oven so go 20 minutes).

DO NOT OPEN OVER DOOR but check on popovers via the window in the oven.

Serve with butter, jam or honey if you want. YUMMY!
