1/2 Can Mushroom Soup
1/4 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
2/3 Cup MINUTE Rice
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/2 (15 oz) Can Tomatoes (drained)
1/2 Cup Water + 1/4 Cup juice from Tomatoes
1/4 Onion (about 1/2 Cup), thinly sliced
1 Can Tuna (drained)
1/8 Cup (about 6) Stuffed Olives (sliced)
1 oz Potato Chips, crumbled
Combine rice, oregano and pepper in a greased 1.5 quart shallow baking dish.
Drain Tomatoes reserving 1/4 Cup juice.
Mix water and juice and stir into rice.
Slice tomatoes and arrange most over the rice.
Layer onion on top of tomatoes, then tuna and finally olives.
Pour sauce over casserole.
Sprinkle with chips.
Arrange remaining tomatoes on top.
Bake: UNCOVERED 375 for 25 Minutes.
