Ingredients

    Baking Powder, 2.5 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, .33 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    *Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
    Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt, 6 oz, .5 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 9 tsp (remove)
    Raspberries, .5 cup (remove)

Directions

Cut butter into dry ingredients until it resembles small crumbs. Mix in wet ingredients until mixture resembles a rough and sticky dough---but don't mix until smooth. Knead about 10 times while adding flour to avoid over stickiness. Pat into 8-12 inch round while on baking sheet covered with parchement paper and flour and cut into 8 slices. Sprinkle with extra sugar. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden and toothpick comes out clean when inserted near center. Serve warm.
