Oreo Cream Pudding

Submitted by: CRIS76

Introduction

My kids go INSANE for this recipe. It's a quick throw together that satisfies the sweet tooth. It's a little high in calories, but considering what goes into it, it's fantastically good. Great for get togethers, pot lucks, and work food days. My kids go INSANE for this recipe. It's a quick throw together that satisfies the sweet tooth. Ingredients

18 Reduced Fat Oreo cookies (6 servings of 3 cookies)
1 8oz container Cool Whip Free
2 boxes of Jello Vanilla Pudding Mix, fat free/sugar free
4 cups fat free 2% milk

Directions

Set the cool whip out and let it soften.

Put the oreo cookies in a large ziplock bag and smash them down. I use a rolling pin. The point is to get them into a fine dust, no large chunks.

Mix the pudding and milk. Whisk until it soft sets.

Mix in the cool whip until there are no large chunks.

Mix in the oreo cookie dust.

It isn't the most attractive but it definitely hits the spot when the sweet tooth starts screaming.

1 serving = 1/2 cup. Makes approximately 11 servings.
