Honey Lime Pork Chops

    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
    3 tbls honey
    3 tbls lime juice
    Pinch of ginger
    4-4oz boneless pork chops


Mix the first five ingredients together. Pour half of the marinade into a baking dish that will fit your pork chops with only a bit of room around them. Pour the rest of the marinade on top. Cover and place in the fridge for up to 24 hours turning occasionally. The longer they sit, the saltier the meat will be.

Once they have sat for at least two hours, grill or broil until no longer pink. Turn only once.
