Ingredients

    1 - Thomas brand english muffin
    2 - poaced eggs
    2 - slices 97% fat free canadian bacon "Royale' brand
    2 - T. prepard Hollandaise sauce from packet mix, Knorr brand.

Directions

Begin poaching eggs in 190 dgreee F water to which 1 T of white vinegar has been added. Heat canadian bacon in skillet until lightly brown, both sides. Prepare hollandaise sauce. Toast split muffin halves. Place bacon on toasted muffin halves, top with poached egg. Spoon about 1 T. sauce over top of each.
