1 Can Mushroom Soup
1/2 Cup Milk
2/3 Cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1 1/3 Cup MINUTE Rice
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 (14.5 oz) Can Diced Tomatoes (drained)
1 Cup Water + 1/2 Cup Juice from Tomatoes
1/2 Onion (1/2 Cup) Onion, thinly sliced
2 Cans Tuna (drained)
12 Stuffed Olives (sliced)
1 oz Potato Chips (crumbled)
Combine rice, oregano and pepper in a greased 2 quart shallow backing dish.
Drain Tomatoes, reserving 1/2 Cup juice.
Mix water and juice and stir into rice.
Spread diced tomatoes in a single layer on top of the rice.
Layer onion on top of tomatoes - then tuna - and finally olives.
Pour sauce over casserole.
Sprinkle with chips.
Bake: UNCOVERED 375 for 25 Minutes.
