Ingredients

1 cup of mochiko (sweet rice flour)
    1 cup of splenda
    1 cup of water
    2 candy canes

(+ just a teeny bit of extra mochiko for rolling them)

Directions

pour the splenda and water into a pot and heat to a rolling boil. while waiting for it it boil, crush up the candy canes and mix them with the mochiko in a bowl.

once the water boils, pour it over the mochiko/candy cane mixture and mix it up well. cool til you can touch it without burning your hands, and then shape into 13 balls.

store in air tight container and chill so they firm up a bit (but they also taste good straight away, when they're still soft)
