Pork Roast Chops- South Beach Phase 1

Introduction

My Grandmothers pork roast turned chops. My Grandmothers pork roast turned chops.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Pork Loin chops (3-4 oz each)
    1/2c white wine
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    garlic salt
    1/4 c Yellow Mustard

Directions

In a zip top bag combine chops, garlic, and wine. Marinate for 30 minutes or over night.

Pre-heat oven to 375*

Spray a broiler pan with non-stick spray. Remove chops from marinade. Pat dry, sprinkle with garlic salt, and rub evenly with a thin coat of mustard. Place chops on prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until done.
