Ingredients

    12 ounces (1 1/2 cups) fresh blueberries
    1 tablespoon granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon all purpose flour
    1 tablespoon unsalted butter
    1 tablespoon all purpose flour
    1 tablespoon Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    6 tablespoons Quaker Oats

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 3 8-ounce custard cups with nonstick spray. Place berries in a medium mixing bowl. Sprinkle with a combination of 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon flour. Set aside. Melt the butter in a small mixing bowl. Add the flour, brown sugar blend, and oats and mix together with a fork. The mixture will be crumbly. Divide the berries among the custard cups. Top with the oat topping. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. If desired, top with whipped cream, low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt, or ice cream. Doubles easily for 6 servings.
