Ingredients

    680 g (24oz) bag on mini red potatoes
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tsp dried rosemary
    10 cloves garlic, unpeeled
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Toss all the ingredients together in a roasting pan big enough to spread the potatoes out in a single layer. Roast the potatoes for an hour, turning them a few times to promote even roasting.
