Wheat Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 8 oz
    Cheddar Cheese, 2.5 cup, shredded
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
    *All Purpose Flour, .1250 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 2.5 cup
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in pot add flour to mixture. Once seased with the butter add in milk, salt, cheese and pepper. Stir on medium heat until thickened and bubbly. In seperate pot cook pasta according to lable directions and drain. Combine roux and pasta in a bowl. Spread evenly in cassarole dish. Bake for approx. 30 minutes. Serve 10.
