Ingredients

    1 lb pork tenderloin
    2 cans Ro Tel original

Directions

Cut pork tenderloin into 4 smaller pieces. Place in slow cooker. Pour 2 cans Ro-Tel over meat. Cook on low 8 hours or until pork easily pulls apart using 2 forks. Shred pork and mix well with remaining contents of slow cooker.
