Low Fat Low Cal Egg Cups to Go

Introduction

Decided to try making my own, with some more veg, and some chicken bacon, Decided to try making my own, with some more veg, and some chicken bacon,
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    5 Egg whites
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup red pepper diced
    1/2 cup red onion diced
    1/4 cup old cheddar grated
    3 strips chicken bacon sliced
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp pepper

Directions

Beat eggs and egg whites together. Add veg, bacon, and seasonings.

Spray muffin tin with non stick spray.

Pour mixture into muffin tin.

This makes 6 egg cups, one serving is 2 of these. This recipe makes 3 servings.
