scant 4 cups white bread flour, plus extra for dusting
1 tbsp salt
scant 1/4 c. olive oil
1 oz yeast
1 1/4 c. water
Tip the dough out onto a lightly floured counter and knead well for 6 minutes. The dough should be quite sticky. Put the dough in a well oiled bowl and brush a little more oil on the top. Let stand at room temperature, covered with a kitchen towel for 2 hours.
Portion into 6 sections and make pizza of your choice!!!!!
Bake at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
