*Hillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa, 12 oz
*Andouille sausage, 2 serving
*Kale, 4 cup, boiled and chopped
*White Rice, long grain, fully cooked, 4 cup
*balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoon (remove)
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)
While that is cooking Saute garlic in Olive Oil until soft, add cooked rice and saute until rice begins to brown.
Add to rice mixture the Sausage/Kale and mix thoroughly.
Serves 8 -10
I like to add Tabasco and Lime when served for an additional kick.
