Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6 cups shredded cabbage
    1/2 tbsp. red pepper (or to taste)
    2 Tbsp. Lime juice
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. Coconut oil (or oil of your choice)
    1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Directions

Mix lime juice, water, and red pepper flakes together.
Heat 2 tbsp. Coconut oil in skillet over med-high heat.
Add cabbage and stir-fry until heated through, no more than 5 minutes.
Add red pepper mixture and stir for 1 minute more.
Top with peanuts as a garnish
Makes 4 servings of roughly 1 cup each.
