Ingredients

    1 cup wild rice
    .5 cup cannellini beans
    1cup pomi chopped tomato
    8 oz 96% fat free ground meat
    1/2 large white onion
    3 garlic cloves
    1 jalopeno pepper (optional)

Directions

fry onion and ground meat with the diced garlic until browned add tomatoes and jalopeno if using salt and pepprt to taste add a little oregano.
cook until done
serves 4.
