Sauteed Broccoli & Carrots

A delicious entree for lunch or dinner. A delicious entree for lunch or dinner.
Number of Servings: 3


    Broccoli, fresh, 12 oz bag
    Garlic, heaping tblsp
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp or less
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbsp or less
    Baby Carrots, raw, 8 oz
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup


Combine oil, garlic, carrots and 2 tblsp water in skillet. Cover and cook on medium for 10 min. Add broccoli. Cook 10 min. Add peas cook 5 min. Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan.
