Kay's spaghetti w/meat sauce

    Whole Grain spaghetti
    Lean Ground Beef
    Spaghetti sauce
    diced tomatoes

1. Bring pot of water to a boil, add spaghetti, a touch of olive oil and salt, boil for 10 minutes
2. While spaghetti is cooking, cook ground beef over medium heat until cooked all the way through. Add spice to taste, Italian seasoning, garlic, onion powder, pepper.
3. After meat is cooked, add spaghetti sauce and tomatoes, and heat through.
4. Drain noodles, and then add sauce and mix thoroughly.
