Cheddar Baked Squash

Ingredients

1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
6 slices Summer Squash
1 ea Egg
1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Minced Onion, Italian Seasoning
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Combine Cheeses and Seasonions together in a shallow dish.
3. Beat egg and heavy cream together.
4. Dip squash slices in egg mixter then in cheese mixture. Place on parchment lined baking sheet.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.
