Ingredients

    1 lb small red potatoes, halved
    1/2 cup crumbled light feta
    1/4 fresh snipped dill
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

Boil potatoes for 10-15 minutes until tender. Drain.

Combine everything in serving bowl. Toss to coat.
