Ingredients

    1 lb beef stew meat
    2 cups sliced zucchini
    2 cups frozen thin green beans
    1 cup diced onion
    1 cup carrots cut in strips

Directions

in skillet cook stew beef until browned.remove from pan and throw in carrots. cook until carrots are just crisp. add onions,zucchini, and green beans. cook until all vegetables are heated through. add cooked beef stew meat and mix all ingredients. season to taste with salt/pepper or garlic salt. if wanted add a stir fry mix of you choosing
