Introduction

Ingredients

    1 medium summer squash-grated
    1 lightly beaten egg
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup flour

Directions

mix all together, heat a non stick griddle to 300 degrees and spray with cooking spray. drop by 1/4 cups onto griddle and cook until brown on that side and then turn and cook on other side. makes 6 app, squash cakes.
