Speedy pasta casserole

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 to 10 cups cooked short pasta
    2 cans (19 oz) tomato juice
    1/2 cup cream
    120g mozzarella cheese
    80g cheddar cheese
    1 tsp italian seasoning
    pepper to taste

Tips

Serve with a salad, and dinner is served!


Directions

Cook the pasta in water until al dente
Put the tomato juice, the cream, the italian seasoning and pepper to taste in the pan and mix well
Drain the pasta, and put it in a rectangular oven pan
Mix well, then sprinkle both cheese on top.
Put in the oven at 400 for about 10 minutes, then broil to taste.

Makes 6 portions.
