1 pkg Morninstar Farms Grillers Recipe Crumbles
1 cup prepared quinoa
1 cup frozen corn kernels
1 cup prepared salsa
3 large bell peppers, halved and seeded (we prefer red or yellow, but green will work, too)
Place halved and seeded bell peppers in 9X13 pan, and divide filling between the six halves. Add approx 1/8 to 1/4 cup of water to the bottom of the pan, cover with foil, and bake at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes, or until peppers are tender.
Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
