Super fast, great protein and fiber, low sodium - very filling and satisfying.
3 oz boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized chunks
1 cup chopped onion
1 can of low-sodium chicken broth
1 can of Great Northern Beans
Add chicken broth to pan, add Chicken chunks and chopped onion.
Boil until chicken is thoroughly cooked. (Approximately 15 minutes).
Add Great Northern Beans and heat through (approximately 2-3 minutes).
Makes 2 very heart servings.
