Introduction

Using a homemade salsa receipe which lowers the sodium a lot in this receipe. Using a homemade salsa receipe which lowers the sodium a lot in this receipe.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    8 oz chicken breast-cooked & shredded
    4 oz neufchatel cheese
    3/4 C lucerne reduced fat shredded cheese
    1/2 C green chiles
    1/2 C green onions
    1.5 C homemade salsa
    6 smart & delicious whole wheat tortillas

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except 1/2 of the cheese, all the salsa, and the tortillas. Dip tortillas in salsa then fill each tortilla with about 2.5 Tbs chicken cheese mixture roll up and lay in a 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with oil. Repeat and then cover with the salsa and rest of the cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350.
