Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup dry bulgur wheat
    5 boiled beets
    1/2 raw onion
    14 half walnuts (1 oz)
    2 tsp basil
    2 tbsp paprika
    5 tbsp cumin seed
    3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 clove garlic
    1 tbsp ginger ground
    Black pepper to suit

Directions

cover bulgur with 1 1/2 cups boiling water and set aside. Saute in frylight the onion, cumin, paprika, garlic and ginger. Once bulgur has absorbed mix in grated beets. Then mix remaining ingredients and chill. Best the next day.
