Ingredients

1 can Baked Beans
1/2 cup low fat Yogurt (plain)
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/3 cup dry instant couscous
1/2 can tap water
Directions
Combine baked beans, curry powder and water in saucepan and heat (stirring occasionally) until nearly boiling. Turn off heat. Add couscous and cover saucepan for 3-4 minutes to allow couscous to absorb most of the water. Mixture should be creamy but not too watery. Serve with a healthy dollop of yogurt on top!
