Introduction

This is a great recipe for mexican inspired pulled chicken. Let it cook all day while you are at work and you are greeted by a lovely smell when you get home! Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 skinless chicken thighs
    2 cups of your favorite salsa
    2.5 cups of chicken broth or stock

Directions

Place chicken in the bottom of a slow cooker. It is OK if they overlap or if they are layered.
Pour chicken broth (or stock) and salsa on top.
Cook on low for as little as 7 hours, but as long as 10 hours.
Remove from the slow cooker.
Remove meat from the bone and pull or shred with two forks.
Use the cooking liquid as a sauce.
ENJOY!!
