Introduction

Cool citrusy dessert, great on a hot summer day. Cool citrusy dessert, great on a hot summer day.

Ingredients

    8 oz pineapple chunks drained
    11oz mandarine oranges drained
    1 tablespoon coconut toasted

Directions

Chill cans of fruit for several hours. Drain, stir together in small bowl. Makes two 1 cup servings. Top with toasted coconut. I sometimes top with fat free whipped topping then coconut.
