Fruit Salad

Ingredients

    4 cups spring green mix
    100 g seedless grapes, cut in halves
    100 g Granny Smith apple, cut into bite-size chunks
    50 g strawberries, quartered
    1/4 c chopped walnuts
    6 oz fat-free lemon yogurt
    1 lemon, juice and zest
    1 tsp Splenda

Directions

Zest and juice one lemon. Chop the zest finely. Combine zest, juice, yogurt, and Splenda until smooth.

Combine fruits and greens. Toss with lemon yogurt dressing.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Add walnuts and toss just before serving.

Apx 130 to 140 g per serving.
