Stef's Crockpot Turkey Chili

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1.33 lb ground turkey
    2 can diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    10 tbsp tomato paste
    2 can reduced sodium dark red kidney beans
    1 red bell pepper
    1 green bell pepper
    1 yellow bell pepper
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 garlic cloves
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 cup water
    2 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp ground cumin

Directions

1. Add onion, peppers and garlic to EVOO and cook until soft. Add turkey and brown. Drain fat.
2. Add to crockpot and and then add the rest of the ingredients. Stir well.
3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
4. Enjoy!!!!
