Raw Vegan Superfood Bars

Ingredients

    10 raw dates, pitted
    1/3 cup raw shredded coconut
    1/2 oz raw cacao nibs
    1/4 cup raw almond butter

Directions

Put cacao nibs in a food processor and pulse until thoroughly broken down. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.

Roll into 12 balls for snacks, or spread into a pan lined with parchment paper and refrigerate. Wet a knife and cut into 12 bars.
