Introduction

A great dip or spread for sandwiches A great dip or spread for sandwiches
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds
    Cannallini Beans Goya, 1.75 cup
    Garlic, 2 cloves finely chopped
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Lemon Juice, .25 cup
    Basil, 5 leaves
    Salt, Redmond All Natural Sea Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mash with a potato ricer or a good fork.

You can also add cumin.

To serve on a sandwich use a nice rustic bread with organic greens and tomato slices.
