Swiss Steak

Ingredients

    2 lb. Round Steak, trimmed of all fat
    1 tsp pepper
    1/4 cup four
    2 cups sliced onion
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cups celery, chopped
    8 oz green pepper sliced thin
    2 cups Tomato Puree, Low Sodium
    1 can diced Tomatoes, Low Sodium
    2 tbsp Zadie's Original Seasoning
    2 tbsp Zadie's Italian Seasoning
    1 can broth, Low Sodium

Directions

Preheat oven to 325.

Tenderize meat. Dredge meat into flour.

Add all ingredients to pot, cover and place in over. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until meat is tender.

About 6 servings. 311 calories per serving.
