IntroductionBought these noodles and decided to do something with them. This is the result and it was pretty good and quick to make! Bought these noodles and decided to do something with them. This is the result and it was pretty good and quick to make!
1 package shirataki tofu noodles - spaghetti shape
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
2. In a nonstick pan, saute mushrooms and spinach.
3. Add sauce and noodles, rinsed and well dried,
4. Mix well. Add spices. Mix.
5. Pour into bowls and add Parmesan cheese.
