Introduction

Light, tart, refreshing, and filling. Light, tart, refreshing, and filling.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 medium tomatoes, pref. organic
    1 medium cucumber, pref. organic
    1 avocado
    1 tomatillo (or more, to taste)
    2 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1 C. lime juice
    salt, pepper to taste

Directions

Dice tomatoes, cucumber, and tomatillo, toss together.
Cut avocado into small chunks, add to mixture.
Add lime juice and red pepper flakes, toss to mix together.
Add crab flakes or chunks, and toss again to mix thoroughly. Enjoy now, or chill for later.
