Ingredients

    1 lb. lean stewing beef
    1 15oz can kidney beans (undrained)
    1 15oz can corn (undrained)
    1 15oz can plain stewed tomatoes (undrained)
    1 8oz can tomato sauce
    1 4oz can green chilies (undrained)
    2 c. water
    1 c. uncooked lentils
    1 T. curry powder
    2.5 T. cumin
    1 T. red pepper flakes
    1.5 T chili powder

Directions

Throw everything in the crock pot and cook on high for about 4 hours. This is very filling and satisfying! Sodium can be reduced by using no salt added canned goods, soaked kidney beans or frozen corn (with additional water). These are very large servings. Serving size could be cut in half and still be very filling!
