1 TBSP sesame oil
Chicken thigh - cut into strips
Onion - red purple 1/4 c
Bell pepper - red 80 gm (about 3 oz)
Broccoli, fresh - 1 cup chopped
Green Beans - take off ends, snap; in two as needed
Newman's own Low fat sesame ginger dressing - 1TBSP
add chicken thigh and any other large pieces of veggies as well as take longer to cook (i.e. carrots)
add other veggies and Newmans' dressing (optional)
cook til meat is done, leave veggies crisp
serve hot and yummy!
