    * Blackberries, fresh, 20 grams
    * Blueberries, fresh, 20 grams
    * Blackcurrant, raw, 20 grams
    * Tahini, 1 tbsp
    * Agave nectar, 1 teaspoon (optional)

Directions

- Mix one glass of oatdrink with all the berries and the tahini.

- Serve.
