Upside-Down Strawberry HoneyNut Cheesecake

Introduction

A simple, delicious low-fat variation on traditional cheesecake. A simple, delicious low-fat variation on traditional cheesecake.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    125g Light Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
    125g non-fat yoghurt (plain or vanilla)
    1 tbspn honey
    1 cup strawberries, sliced in half
    1 cup Kellogs Nut and Honey Crunch cereal

Directions

1. Mix Philly cheese, yoghurt and honey by hand until well blended
2. Fold through strawberry halves
3. Spoon mixture into medium flan pan/dish
4. Refigerate for 30 minutes or until mixture has become firmer.
Spoon cereal evenly over top of mixture and refrigerate for at least another 30 minutes.
NOTE: the mixture will be softer than normal cheesecake mixture
Decorate with extra strawberries if desired.
Makes 4 large or 6 medium serves
