Whole Wheat Crackers

Introduction

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    .5 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    .25 cup stock or water

Directions

Combine flour, salt, and flaxseed meal. Cut in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Gradually add liquid one tablespoon at a time.

Roll out on floured board. Cut into rounds, squares, or strips. Lay out on floured cooking sheet. Bake 10 -12 minutes. Cooking time depends on how thin you roll the crackers.

Makes 24 crackers.
