Chinese Style Pork Tenderloins

Introduction

Great for a quick, exotic dinner, any night of the week. Goes great with grilled veggies. Great for a quick, exotic dinner, any night of the week. Goes great with grilled veggies.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 - 1 pound pork tenderloins

    MARINADE:
    1 cup chicken stock (does not need to be home made)
    1 1/2 Tablespoons brown sugar
    1 1/2 Tablespoons soy sauce (light works great)
    2 Tablespoons ketchup
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 walnut sized piece of fresh ginger

Directions

Place Marinade ingredients together in food processor or blender, blend until mixed.

Marinate for 3 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Bake for appriximately 30 minutes, basting often with the marinade. Turning once during cooking.
Use meat thermometer to see if tenderloin is 155 degrees. If not cook another 10 minutes, check again.
Once done, let stand for 7-10 minutes before slicing. Meat can be served warm or cold.

Try spicy mustard or sweet & sour sauce to accompany.
