4 Medium Baking Potatoes
2 Lean Sweet Italian Turkey Sausages
4 Servings of Sliced Turkey Pepperoni
1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
1 Yellow Pepper, diced
1 Red Pepper, dices
1 Cup of Portabella Mushrooms, sliced
1 Large White Onion, sliced or diced
1 Small Can Black Olives, sliced or diced
1 Cup Low Fat or Fat Free Pasta or Pizza Sauce
1 Cup of Low Fat Shredded Mozarella Cheese
Italian Seasoning or Pizza Seasoning
Bake potatoes in microwave or oven.
Layer each sliced potato like you would a pizza with all of the toppings,finishing with the shredded mozzarella and a sprinkle of Italian or Pizza Seasoning.
Place each potato in the microwave for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and ingredients are heated through.
