1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp liquid stevia or 1/2 cup Splenda or any other artificial sweetener to substitute for 1/2 cup sugar
2. Reduce heat and boil gently for 5 minutes, stirring often. Mixture should be thick and smooth. Cool slightly, then stir in vanilla and sweetener (adjust to taste).
3.Pour into a container or jar with a lid. Cover and store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
Makes approximately 16 1-Tablespoon servings
