Ingredients

    4 celery stalks chopped
    3 medium size orange bell peppers
    30 red leaf lettuce elaves
    18 broccoli florets (3 cups)
    3/4 cups no sugar added oil and vinegar dressing
    6 scallions, sliced
    3/4 pound roasted chicken breast

Directions

Place the celery, bell pepper, lettuce, and broccoli in a medium size bowl. Add the dressing and toss. Add the scallions and chicken and toss again.
