Chicken Casserole

Introduction

A Family Favorite! A Family Favorite!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 box Sea Shell Pasta
    6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders
    1/2 bag Frozen Mixed Veges (we use broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, but choose what you like!)
    1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom
    1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken
    100 grams part skim mozzarella cheese
    1 T Lemon Pepper Seasoning (or to taste)

Directions

Makes 6 2-cup servings

Preheat oven to 350

Boil pasta according to directions. Brown chicken, using lemon pepper or garlic powder to taste. Cut into bites size peices. Steam veges. Drain pasta, veges, combine in casserole dish. Add chicken and both soups and lemon pepper. to taste. Mix well. Bake covered 18-20 minutes. Take dish out, add cheese to top, bake for 5 more minutes, covered.
